How do I get started with v21.uk?
Sign up for an account at v21.uk/signup and verify your email address. Once verified, you will be taken to the onboarding page where you can claim your username — this becomes your v21.uk address. From there, any email sent to you@v21.uk will be forwarded instantly to your real inbox.
What is a private v21.uk email address?
A private v21.uk email is a short, memorable address like you@v21.uk or shopping@v21.uk that automatically forwards to your real inbox. You give out the v21.uk address instead of your real email, so businesses and services never learn your actual email. You can disable it instantly if you start receiving spam.
How do I create a new private email address?
Log in to your dashboard and click the '+' button to add a new email address. Choose a name for it (for example 'shopping', 'newsletters', or 'amazon') and it will be created immediately and start forwarding to your inbox. The number of addresses you can create depends on your plan: Personal allows 1, Starter allows up to 3, and Pro allows up to 100.
How do I disable an email address?
From your dashboard, toggle the switch next to any email address to disable it. When disabled, emails sent to that address are silently rejected — the sender receives no bounce notification and your real inbox stays clean. You can re-enable it at any time or delete it permanently.
Can I reply from my v21.uk email address?
Yes — on the Starter and Pro plans, you can reply to forwarded emails and the reply will appear to come from your v21.uk address, not your real inbox. The recipient will never see your real email address. Personal plan users receive forwarding only.
Does v21.uk work with Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. v21.uk works with any email inbox — Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo, and others. There is nothing to install or configure. Forwarded emails land in your inbox like any other email, and reply support works across all providers on Starter and Pro plans.
How do I upgrade or change my subscription plan?
Go to your dashboard and open the billing section. From there you can upgrade from Personal to Starter or Pro, or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is handled securely via Stripe.
What is the difference between Personal, Starter, and Pro?
Personal (£12/year) gives you 1 private email address with instant forwarding. Starter (£36/year) gives you up to 3 private email addresses plus reply support. Pro (£72/year) gives you up to 100 private email addresses, full reply support, and complete dashboard management. All plans include secure, private forwarding and the ability to disable any address at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your dashboard. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in commitments.
Is my real email address ever shared with anyone?
Never. Your real email address is stored securely and is never shared with senders, businesses, or third parties. When you forward emails through v21.uk, senders only see your v21.uk address. We do not sell or share your data with any third parties.
What is a premium username?
Premium usernames are short, highly memorable names such as 'alex', 'hi', or 'uk'. These have extra demand because of their brevity and are priced at a one-time fee of £10 at checkout in addition to your subscription plan. Standard usernames are included in your plan with no extra cost.
I didn't receive my verification email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, return to the sign-up page and try again — each attempt sends a fresh code. If you continue to have trouble, email us at support@v21.uk and we will help you verify your account manually.

Quick Tips
Get more from your private email
Use one email per service
Create shopping@v21.uk for Amazon, banking@v21.uk for your bank. If one gets spammed, disable only that one.
Disable, don't delete
Disabling an email stops all forwarding silently. Deleting removes it forever. Disable first if you're unsure.
Claim your name early
Short usernames are limited. Once a name is taken it's gone. Claim yours before someone else does.
Check the message log
Your dashboard shows every email that has been forwarded. Use it to spot unexpected activity or confirm delivery.
