2. The Service
V21 provides users with private email aliases that forward incoming messages to a designated email address. Users may create, manage, and disable aliases via the platform.
We do not provide a full email hosting service. We act solely as a forwarding intermediary.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for:
· Sending or forwarding spam or unsolicited bulk messages
· Illegal activities or fraud
· Harassment, abuse, or harmful content
· Impersonation or misleading identity use
· Distributing malware or harmful code
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Email Handling
We process emails solely to provide forwarding functionality.
· We do not guarantee delivery of emails
· Delivery may be affected by third-party providers (e.g. Mailgun, recipient email providers)
· We do not store full email content unless required for technical processing
· We may store limited metadata (e.g. sender, timestamp, delivery status)
6. Privacy
We only collect and process personal data necessary to provide the Service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed monthly via Stripe. Plans and pricing are displayed on the website. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
If a payment fails: your account may be placed on hold, certain features may be restricted, and access will be restored once payment is successful.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Free Tier
A limited free tier may be offered with restricted functionality. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the free tier at any time.
9. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, or third-party failures may affect access.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
· We are not liable for loss of data, emails, or business interruption
· We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses
· Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months
11. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if: you breach these Terms, it is required by law, or it is necessary to protect the platform or other users.
12. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service, website, and software belong to V21 (UK) Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
